Our exclusive range of XPREG® prepregs have been developed from outset to provide the very best combination of ease-of-use, reliability, performance and value for money. All XPREG® prepregs are manufactured in the UK to the highest standards of quality and consistency and are supported by our expert knowledge of prepreg composites. Our range of prepregs includes component and tooling prepregs for both autoclave and out-of-autoclave cure.

Out-of-autoclave (OOA) prepregs are specially developed to deliver a high standard of surface finish and low void content when cured under vacuum pressure only in an oven and so make prepreg technology accessible without the significant investment and running costs of an autoclave. Our range of OOA prepregs includes the XC110 carbon fiber component prepreg designed to produce cosmetic quality carbon fiber components and the XT135 tooling system, designed to produce high quality prepreg carbon fiber molds, out-of-autoclave.

For autoclave or other compression molding processing our XC130 component prepregs and XT180 tooling prepregs offer outstanding mechanical performance and higher service temperatures.

With the exception of XT180 tooling prepregs, all our XPREG® prepregs are held in stock in the UK and available for 1-2 day shipping across the USA. To speed processing and minimise thaw/freeze cycles, all our prepregs are sold in a choice of pre-rolled lengths or are available in full roll quantities at unbeatable prices.
