This information on our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions of Sale. By accepting our Terms & Conditions of Sale (required when placing an order through this site) you also accept the conditions laid out in this Returns & Refunds Policy. Please read it carefully.

We will replace or refund any goods found to be defective or faulty and reported to us within 30 days of the date of delivery.
To report a problem with an item, please email orders@easycomposites.com, using ‘Product Fault’ as the subject line and including your order number and a detailed description of the problem in the message. If items are to be returned, you will be issued with an RMA (returned merchandise authorization) number and provided with a return address.
Do NOT return any items without contacting us to obtain an RMA first. Any items returned without an RMA will not be processed and will not be refunded.
Should you change your mind and wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible using the form on the Contact Us page, making sure to include your order number. Unless it has already been shipped, we will cancel and refund the order in full.
Once an order has shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel it.
Once delivered, if you no longer want an item, for any reason, goods can be returned to us for a refund if notified to us within 14 days of delivery and dispatched to us (with proof provided) within a further 14 days. Please note that your outbound delivery charges will not be refunded and return transport to the UK is at your cost and responsibility until received back by Easy Composites in good condition.
To return goods that are not faulty (i.e. because you changed your mind) they must be unused and in the condition they were delivered to you in. This does mean that, unless found faulty, we are unable to accept returns for:
To return an item because you changed your mind, you must contact us to request an RMA (see below). Do NOT return any items without contacting us to obtain an RMA first. Any items returned without an RMA will not be processed and will not be refunded.
Before returning an item for any reason, you must contact us to request an RMA (returned merchandise authorisation) number. Once approved, the RMA will be sent to you, along with the correct return address to return the goods to.
Once you have been issued with an RMA number, it should be clearly written on the OUTSIDE of your box.
Unfortunately, due to the difficulty identifying or correctly handling goods which are returned without prior notification, we are unable to issue any refunds for products returned to us until you contact us regarding their return (which must be within 14 days of receipt).
Failure to clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box for any returned goods could result in a delay identifying or processing your return.
