Easy Composites are a leading manufacturer and supplier of carbon fiber sheet and carbon fiber sandwich panel to a global customer base. Our dedicated sheet manufacturing facility produces carbon fiber sheet and panel products and has a production capacity of 40sqm of engineering grase carbon fiber sheet products per day. The facility includes a range of vacuum presses, platen presses and infusion tables capable of manufacturing single and double-sided carbon fiber sheet, foam core and honeycomb core panels.

All carbon fiber sheet products listed on the Easy Composites website are manufactured by Easy Composites in the UK and are the highest quality available. Our on-site mechanical test facility provides quality assurance and accurate mechanical data for any sheet composition.

Our carbon fiber sheet products are supplied to a large number of prestigious clients including most F1 teams and high-end manufacturers for use on medical and scientific equipment, speaker cabinets and super-yachts and much more.
