Carbon Fiber Box Section

Our range of box section carbon fiber pultrusions are manufactured using high strength carbon fiber and epoxy resin matrix for maximum accuracy and performance. They are available in sizes from 4mm to 20mm diameter in 1m (39") or 2m (79") lengths .

Carbon fiber box section is a hollow square section carbon fiber tube made from cured carbon fiber (CFRP). Although the smaller profile sizes can be bent to an extent, they are essentially rigid products ready to use directly in projects. These box-section profiles are manufactured using the pultrusion process which results in unidirectional fiber orientation running length-ways down the profile. This produces maximum stiffness down their length. Carbon fiber box section can be used in a huge range of applications including robotics, automation, lightweight structures, UAVs, drones, sports and leisure equipment, exhibitions, displays and much more.

We also carry conventional round section pultruded carbon fiber tube.
