This 150mm (6") diameter Velcro hand backing plate is designed to support 150mm (6") sanding and polishing discs to enable use of these discs for hand sanding an polishing. This works with the Pai Cristal range of foam polishing pads and our Mirka range of sanding discs. This may well also work for other brand 150mm (6") sanding or polishing discs.

The S20 Hand Polishing backing plate is ideal for supporting polishing pads when a polishing machine is not available or when hand finishing is a better solution such as with fine detail work or where only a light finishing polish is required.
The S20 polishing pad is 150mm in diameter and suitable for use with all of the Pai Cristal range of Foam Polishing Pads. It is particularly suitable for softer polishing actions such as using the Soft Wavy Black Polishing Pad with the TOPFINISH 2 and EASYGLOSS finishing polishing compounds.
The S20 Hand Polishing Backing pad is also a great solution for hand sanding, especially using it for fine finishing, detail and shaped sanding work where the precision and control of working by hand is essential. The S20 will hold all of our 150mm Mirka Abranet, Galaxy and Abralon sanding discs. It is also likely to work with other brand 150mm sanding discs using the same velcro type fixing method.
