High quality 40 x 8mm (1.6 x 0.31") plastic disc roller for fiberglass/composites wet-lay laminating. These plastic disc rollers are to help press fibers into tight corners. They are pretty-much invincible to resin and solvents.
Available to buy online in a 40 x 8mm size (1.6 x 0.31"). Includes roller and frame/handle.

Plastic Disc rollers are a great choice for laminating fibers into tight corners to create definition and avoid gaps and voids in the corner. Made from PTFE these offer excellent cleaning properties and durability. These rollers are made from PTFE plastic with a metal frame and plastic handle.
This roller is available in a 50mm by 8mm (2" by 0.31") size disc.

For use with any resin system and reinforcement combination.

How to Use
After wetting out each layer of reinforcement with resin, use the roller with a medium pressure press the laminate into the corners, this will work out any dry areas and air pockets consolidating the laminate in those tight corner areas.
After use rinse the roller in an acetone bucket and leave it submersed until the next use, ensure that the acetone is thoroughly shaken out before each use. If cleaned properly a roller can last many months of daily use.
