High quality plastic laminating rollers for fiberglass/composites wet-lay laminating. These laminating rollers are built to last; they pretty-much invincible to resin and solvents and the plastic roller itself is non-stick to resin. Better still, the plastic roller can't accidentally scratch your molds like metal ones can.
Available to buy online in 50mm (2"), 75mm (3") and 100mm (4") widths. Includes roller and frame/handle.

Plastic finned rollers are a great choice for laminating with chopped strand matting and pre-pregs and offer excellent cleaning properties and durability. These rollers are made from PTFE plastic with a 20mm (0.8") diameter.
Available in a range of 3 widths; 50mm, 75mm and 100mm (2", 3" and 4"). Choose the width you want from the drop-down list.
Typical Uses
For use with any resin system and reinforcement combination, particularly chopped strand matting and thick laminates. These rollers are also suitable for de-bulking larger pre-preg structures due to their non-stick properties.
Further Information
How to Use
After wetting out each layer of reinforcement with resin, use the roller with a medium pressure over the entire laminate, this will work out any dry areas and air pockets consolidating the laminate. For pre-pregs; use the roller over large flat areas with a strong pressure to de-bulk a multiple ply laminate.
After use rinse the roller in an acetone bucket and leave it submersed until the next use, ensure that the acetone is thoroughly shaken out before each use. If cleaned properly a roller can last many months of daily use.
