Carbon Fiber Braided Tube / Sleeve

Carbon fiber braided sleeve is a tubular form of woven carbon fiber reinforcement ideal for the reinforcement of tube section composite structures making it possible to produce seamless carbon fiber tubes without a break or join in the reinforcement. This tubular carbon fiber sleeve is a dry carbon fiber reinforcement and needs to be used in conjunction with a suitable resin system, such as epoxy, to form a rigid composite reinforcement.

Our range of carbon fiber braids includes diameters from 5mm (0.2") to 125mm (5") but the nature of carbon fiber braids means that their diameter can be increased or decreased by stretching or contracting the braid meaning that each of the braid diameters listed in this category is nominal can accommodate a range of different diameters.
