Manufactured by Easy Composites, these 90° carbon fiber angle sections represent the highest quality carbon fiber angles available. Laminated using multiple layers of woven prepreg carbon fiber and autoclave cured for the highest performance, our carbon fiber angles feature a smooth, flat finish inside and out making them suitable for both structural and cosmetic applications including as brackets in lightweight engineering, enclosures, cappings and more.
The angles on this listing have a 15mm x 15mm (0.591 x 0.591") section profile and are available in 1mm, 2mm and 3mm (0.04, 0.08, 0.12") wall thickness in a range of lengths.

The angle is manufactured using multiple plies of woven prepreg carbon fiber, autoclave cured at high temperature and pressure to produce a carbon fiber angle with excellent mechanical performance as well as a premium appearance.
The angle is finished inside and out with a smooth, glossy woven finish 2x2 twill carbon fiber fabric pattern.
Typical Uses
This high performance carbon fiber angle is suitable for a wide range of engineering applications including robotics, automation, model-making and motorsports. It can also be used as a sophisticated looking capping section for boxes, enclosures and cases.

All of our Pre-preg Carbon Fibre Angles have a Double-A finish meaning a glossy finish on both sides of the angle.
Many people prefer the natural finish of these carbon products, however if you wish to paint them for your specific application then you can do so. A light key with a fine abrasive paper like a 1200 grit wet and dry paper and a thorough degrease and clean using mild detergent or an alcohol wipe should be all that is needed to prepare the surface for paint.
