Type 2 (Locking Nut) Static Mixer Nozzles for 50ml Twin Tube

Type 2 or B-system (bayonet fitting) static mixer nozzle for 50ml (1.75oz) Permabond adhesive cartridges, as well as some other 2-part adhesives. These disposable plastic mixer nozzles automatically mix two-part adhesives as they pass through the nozzle making application of the adhesive quick and easy.
NOT compatible with VuduGlu adhesive cartridges. Sold individually, volume discounts apply.

These handy self-mixing nozzles ensure thorough mixing of the adhesive and hardener without the need for any separate mixing. The adhesive and hardener are processed through an effective series of box-shaped inter-mixers as they make their way down the nozzle. By the time the adhesive reaches the end of the nozzle it is ready for application directly to the bonding surface.
These high-efficiency, 24 element mixer nozzles mixers provide much more effective mixing than the standard spiral-type nozzles which means they can be shorter for the same mixing capability, resulting in less wasted adhesive.
The mixer nozzle is designed to connect securely to the nozzle socket the new PermaBond 50ml cartridges which use this Type 2 locking nut fitting.
Following some recent changes to the cartridges used by PermaBond adhesives, this type of nozzle is currently compatible with the following adhesives from Easy Composites:
Compatible With
- PermaBond ET500 50ml Cartridges
- PermaBond ET515 50ml Cartridges
- PermaBond ET538 50ml Cartridges
- PermaBond PT326 50ml Cartridges
PermaBond are in the process of changing the type of cartridge used for all of their 50ml adhesive packs. New cartridges use 'Type 2' nozzles, not the original Type 1 nozzles. The 'Type 2' nozzles feature a separate locking nut on the nozzle itself.
This nozzle type is 100% compatible with MedMix (formerley Sulzer) MixPac 'Quadro' nozzle part MBQ 0.5-24 / MBQ05-24L.
NOT Suitable for VuduGlu VM100
This 'Type 2' nozzle is NOT suitable for our VuduGlu VM100 which uses a 'Type 1' nozzle without the locking nut fitting. Click here for a static mixer nozzles for VuduGlu VM100.

The Mixer nozzles are not reusable. Once the glue inside as set, the nozzle is unusable and will need replacing.
Approximately 2.5ml is left in the nozzle after use.
