This POM plastic connector is designed specifically for the Resin Port in the resin infusion process. The connector sits inside the vacuum bag and accepts a 8mm (0.315") ID vacuum hose and has a slot underneath to feed into the 8mm (0.315") ID resin infusion spiral.

For Resin Feed Connections
On the underside of the connector is a U-shape channel that ensures a good flow of resin into the infusion spiral.
The barb on top of the POM Plastic connector is designed to accept an 8mm (0.315") ID hose such as our 8mm ID Polyethylene vacuum hose. The U-shape channel on the underside of the connector is designed to accept our 8mm ID Resin Infusion Spiral.
Lifespan
These infusion connectors are not re-usable as the resin will cure inside the barb and channel making it unusable.
