Nickel-plated brass blanking plug fitting allows for simple blanking off termination on vacuum equipment and in pipework installations. Available with 1/4 or 1/2 Inch BSP male thread. Features an O-ring which allows for reliable sealing.
1/4 BSP blanking plug threads pair with our many smaller capacity vacuum pumps, 1/4 Vacuum Valve, Resin Infusion Catch-Pot, and Through Bag Connector.
1/2 inch BSP threads pair with some larger capacity vacuum pumps and vacuum equipment.
Even though this fitting features an integrated O-ring we still recommend the use of PTFE tape to ensure an air-tight seal.

180°C because of the Viton O-ring. On the off-chance that you did need a higher service temperature you could swap the O-ring for a silicone one.
