AT30 is the hardener used in our EL2 laminating epoxy and our IN2 infusion epoxy. Although these resin products are always sold as a kit, including hardener, AT30 is listed here and available to buy separately where replacement hardener or a different hardener speed is required.
Sold as hardener only. Available to buy online in FAST and SLOW versions in a range of pack sizes.

AT30 Epoxy Hardener for Easy Composites' EL2 Laminating Epoxy or IN2 Infusion Epoxy.
Available to buy separately, this is the hardener included with our EL2 and IN2 high performance epoxy resins.
AT30 Epoxy Hardener is available in FAST or SLOW and the two hardener speeds can also be mixed with each other to produce a hardener of precisely the required reactivity.
All our epoxies are sold with the relevant hardener included in the pack but if you require an additional hardener (because of spillage, incorrect use or if you require an alternative speed) then they can be purchased separately here.
FAST and SLOW hardeners can be blended to achieve pot-life and demold times anywhere between those stated in the specifications. However, you must still maintain the correct overall ratio of resin to hardener to ensure a proper cure.
How to Buy
- The hardener is sold in sizes that match the hardeners from our resin packs, as follows:
- 115g (4.5oz) (as included with our 500g (19oz) resin pack)
- 230g (9oz) (as included with our 1kg (37oz) resin pack)
- 1.15kg (41oz) (as included with our 5kg (1.5 gal) resin pack)

Key Processing Information
- Ease of Use: Suitable for professional and hobby use (follow SDS advice).
- Odour: AT30 is low odour with a slight ammonia smell on its own.
- Safety Precautions: Wear gloves and goggles and work in a well ventilated area. Always read the SDS before use.
- Ambient Conditions: Can be used from 15 to 30°C although pot-life and cure time will be affected significantly. Recommended working at an ambient of 20-25°C.
- Degassing: Not necessary in most cases. Simply mix and use.
- Mix Ratio: Mix 'Resin' and 'AT30 Hardener' 100:30 by weight. Use digital scales.
- Mixing: Mix thoroughly by hand for at around 2 minutes.
- Exotherm (Over-Heating): Resin will heat-up whilst it cures. Mix in small batches and use expediently. Mixed resin in a pot will quickly overheat (exotherm) and can smoke/ignite. Never leave mixed resin unattended.
- Pigments and Fillers: A wide range of pigments and fillers can be added to change the properties and appearance of Resin.
