Innegra is a low density, high tenacity polypropylene fiber that can be used independently or in conjunction with other reinforcements to produce low weight, impact resistant laminates making it well suited to high impact applications such as canoes, kayaks, life rafts etc.
Owing to its black color, this black Innegra S cloth is particularly suitable for use underneath carbon fiber.
This fabric is 1m wide (39") and is sold by the linear meter (1 meter = 1.09 yards).

Plain weave Innegra reinforcement in 120gsm (3.5oz/yd²) fabric weight.
Innegra is a high modulus polypropylene fiber that can be used independently or in conjunction with other fibers to provide weight reduction, excellent levels of impact resistance and damage tolerance. Innegra also has a very low density and is hydrophobic meaning it is an excellent choice for the leisure market.
Innegra fiber compliments other composite fibers lending itself to a variety of applications in a multitude of markets. Automotive, luggage, protective products, radomes, ballistics, and aerospace, to name a few, can benefit from the tough, lightweight, energy absorbing, and hydrophobic properties of the fiber.
